Saves money and time

Last year, my boss switched to using Stamps.com online postage as a way to save time. We moved our office far away from the local post office, and he realized it was taking longer to deal with outbound mail than it should.

It didn't take less time than usual, but the envelopes looked very professional and uniform.

I don't know the specifics of how much money my boss saves with Stamps.com, but he has said it's enough that it was worth it for our small business. What I know is that it saves me time, which means I can focus on the other tasks I need to do and not spend an hour dealing with mail.

Stamps.com is the best postage company out there. You never ever have to pay for prepaid postage like with Pitney Bowes or any of the other companies. You just pay for what you use. You can also track FedEx shipping through it. It is a great online tool that can simply the way that you ship items anywhere including international shipping. It also allows you to do certified mailings and return receipts. Its the best!
