Works great on my Mac and iPhone ap

So far my 800 number has worked flawlessly with my MacBookPro and the Ap on my iPhone. I believe that it really gives my new company increased credibility.

Ring Central Rocks

My (small but growing) company loves this service. Having a virtual pbx that rings straight to our cell phones is perfect for our small business.

For my small localized business an 800 number may not be wise.

With the starting date of my new business fast approaching, I've decided that an 800 number may make my company look national or even international. I am going with a local area code and marketing that specifies us as a Michigan Company. Thanks for the offer none the less.

Ringcentral

Features are price are good.

However I ended up with someones old 800 number so I still get a number of calls for an old business. Some of the features to manage voicemail do not work on a MAC so I have to incur charges to change greetings. Also never received response to my technical questions via email.

Not what we wanted

At first it seemed like the perfect match. But with all of the extra costs, per minute charges, added complexity we went with a simple "Virtual PBX" system .
Customer service was a real disconnect. I felt like the csr team was not in the country or had any idea of who they worked for.

Credibility

I have been selling through Ebay and Half since 2001. Since I changed to the 800 number, it has given me more credibility with my customers and made me more competitive against larger sellers.
