Onebox has aged like fine wine

I've been with Onebox since it launched back in the late 90s. I have to pay now (which is why I give them 4 instead of 5 stars) but the service really has gotten better over the years. The voice mail transcription is to die for. I can't imagine working without it. The online interface could use some work, but they've improved it before and I'd suspect are working on it now. I've rec'ed it many times before and will do so now as well.
