The Worst Experience For Anyone To Encounter

Logo Works failed miserably in duplicating an art work from color to black and white. As a novice desperate to meet a deadline for a USPTO correction of my submitted mark, I was taken advantage of by a slick sale pitch. I was charged $1,500.00 for a very weak rendering of the mark to black and white that could have been (and was) corrected to black and white image using Photo Shop software.

I protested and was only returned $1,300.00 of my money. I plan to take Logo Works to court to recoup the remaing $200.00.

Do NOT EVER waste money with Logoworks

Logoworks, weirdly enough, did not have either creative talent or ideas nor did they even know how to use standard graphics tools. It was not only a waste of money, but a monumental waste of time.

Every revision took three to five days. Every revision included NO new ideas. We basically suggested changes each time, which they implemented, poorly each time. The "alternatives" they proposed were incidental and trivial variations on the one major theme. The results looked like a high school student who was just learning how to use Adobe Illustrator. We never got any thing of use out of our investment.

It's Late and too many mistakes including spelling. The project manager was rude and not helpful.

Total Failure to Deliver Product

I purchased a logo design from this company and they did not deliver the product. They made a few designs, but I was unable to open theri link to view other designs. I called the rep and he reinstated the link. However, after a couple of weeks, I had the same problem. I tried to call the rep again, but his number was out-of-service. I feel like I was taken in this entire deal. The log was never made and I am no longer interested in dealing with this company. I have had my company logo made by another company. I would like a full refund.

Simple and easy to use

Very simple process. They show me several designs and I choose the one I want. Pretty straight forwrad. The customer service reps were super friendly too when I called. My first experience with a website company and it went very well.
