little too late

i didn't discover carbonite until it was too late. my laptop crashed only after 2 years!!! and i almost lost all my photos and docs etc. i had to scramble and go to geeksquad all the way across town to dallas and get all my data backedup. such a waste of my time. waiting in line, talking to the reps. if i only used this service first, i would have backed everything up and didn't have to worry about it. i would have been devasted if i lost my kids photos, my wedding photos and vacation photos. USE IT OR LOSE IT!
