Informative but was not sold

I would agree with Barbara Edwards on her comment, "BEWARE". The pointers on starting a business and dealing with taxes are great. Then you realize it's a lead-in to their services. The statement "Are you serious about your business" was repeated over and over. I used to do sales as well, that comment was not appreciated. I went to their website during the initial conversation; If you can't provide sufficient information on a web site these days, then don't market it. I asked to see an example of their starter package. A cover page and how many items are included would've sufficed. If these guys can do business, then so can I. That's what I learned. I have confidence that Tax Sentry knows what they are doing, but it's the Information Age. Shopping around for goods and services is the norm. You always have the choice to find better values.

Impressed with the level of customer services

Right from the start I have been impressed with the level of customer services and technical tax advice Tax Sentry has provided me. Through one-on-one consultations with their advisors, I have been able to successfully create a strong foundation for my real estate investment company -one that not only takes into consideration the direction I want to go with my investing activities but also includes long term strategic planning. They took the time to explain complicated tax rules in a manner in which I could understand and move forward with. I look forward to working with them more in the future and I value them as a member of my team. This was one of the best investments I made.

BEWARE! They call you, give you a few pointers, then want you to take their program right then. Can't wait,need to do it now. Don't try to get intouch with them later, can't be done. Find another tax consultant.
